Overlooking the Mall and the infamous Reginald’s Tower, with its terracotta walls and glass and wood panelling Bistro at the Tower provides a contemporary and stylish setting that is appealing to both residents and locals alike. The Bistro restaurant has been accredited with an RAC dining award for two consecutive years. The imaginative menu is a fusion of local and European influences and this award winning Bistro has become a very popular choice amongst the local Waterford restaurant pundits. Surrounded by some of Ireland’s famous fishing villages, fish and seafood are a daily speciality. The Bistro is open daily for dinner from 18.30 – 21.30 with extended hours over the weekend.
