Grace Power, lyric soprano, has been singing for weddings and church services over the past six years.  She began her training in Waterford Institute of Technology before going on to University College Cork where she graduated with an honors degree in music.

Outside Ireland she has trained in Munich, Germany and Harvard University, Boston.
She is currently studying with Mary Mac Sweeney in Cork.  Grace has been a choral scholar for three years with St Finbarrs Cathedral Cork.  She was also a scholar with Opera 2005, a Cork based opera Company where she has played in, Figaro’s Wedding, Carmen and Don Giovanni  and Njegus in their Young Artists Programm The Merry Widow. Grace was involved in UCC Choral Society with whom she traveled to Hungry and Italy to perform.

She was also a member of The Harvard Summer Chorus MA where they performed and recorded Verdi’s Requiem

As a soloist Grace is in demand for weddings and church services both at home and on the continent.  Grace also performs a classical repertoire, offering stylish entertainment, for important events such as fundraising lunches and corporate dinners.
